Born out of a dream when my wife and I purchased an old cottage on a 6.5 acres in Calistoga, CA, on Old Lawley Toll Road, in 2006. Although we were anxious to plant a vineyard, we did not get started until late 2009 and it was completed in fall 2010. Our vineyard is a dream come true after many years of hard work and dedication. Our limited production organic vineyard, coupled with a sloped rocky terrain, produces small fruit, which in turn produces an amazing wine we call "Onofrio Cabernet Sauvignon" in honor of my father.
